Job Description:
Sales Representative (Products and Services)
- Receive/generate trade leads or orders from mobile telecom partners promptly and courteously via phone, e-mail, fax etc
- Liaise with customer and operations support to administer product/service allocation.
- Payment facilitation and reconciliation of all sales transactions passing through the system
- Provide follow up/feedback to customers/clients issues via e mail and telephone to enhance customer support/performance.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure that they reflect the true position of their relationship with the organization.
- Promptly resolve enquiries from customers/clients trade partners and escalating where necessary

Job Conditions: Standard Apex IT working conditions. May work extended/weekend hours if required.

Qualifications:
A minimum of University Degree/Higher National Diploma or its equivalent with Second Class Lower division in any discipline. Fresh graduates with NYSC discharge certificate can also apply.

Experience:
Good communication, interpersonal and customer experience skills. Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision under pressure. Candidate must be target driven, goal oriented and entrepreneurial in nature.

Required Skills:
