- WAEC/GCE with Credit in English language, RSA/PITMAN 50/120 w.p.m. and 5 years experience and must be computer literate.
(4) Position: Diesel Mechanic:
Qualification:
- Technical Training: Government Technical Certificate/Trade Test Grade 2/3 with 10 years
experience on heavy duty Diesel Engine.
- Driving license, an added advantage.
(5) Position: R&A Technician:
Qualification:
- Technical Training: Government Technical Certificate/City & Guild Trade Test with 5 years practical experience on package unit system.

(1)Position: Confidential Secretary:An officer applying for this post should posses the following requirements:
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of HND in secretariat Admin of at least lower credit or its equivalent.
- A minimum of three 3 years cogent working experience.
- Should have a good knowledge of information technology.
- Should be conversant with requirement of general office practice and good record keeping.
- Should not be less than twenty five (25) years.
(2)Position: Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc in Quantity Surveying.
- A registered member of NIQS.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar industry.
- Should be conversant with procurement act and pre-qualification Processes, (financial and
technical proposals).
- Must be a computer literate; at least in word processing, excel programmer.
- Should be able to value, asses and prepare interim certificate and stage valuation report.
