Job Title: Graduate Engineers

Applications are invited from qualified graduates of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, and Materials Engineering, to take up a rewarding career in Avionics and Aircraft engineering /maintenance.

Requirements
The candidates required for this position should not be more than 25 years of age by 31st December 2010 and possess Bachelors Degree, minimum of second class (upper division). In addition, candidates should have an SSCE Certificate with credits in five subjects at one sitting.

Job Specification
In addition to going through a systematic training program that will lead to obtaining appropriate certifications, successful candidates shall provide high standard of technical support to line maintenance and daily flight operations.

This includes checking of support equipments, transportation of spares and tooling and support to certifying engineers during defect analysis, monitoring of repetitive defects, and assessment of defects, while maximizing safety and reliability at optimum cost.

(1)POSITION: FINANCIAL CONTROLLERS
Job Description:
- The role requires an accounting professional who has demonstrated ability in developing and
managing financial systems and procedures.
- This is a role that demands high level of professionalism and excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- It requires a committed and meticulous individual with the ability to plan and work
underpressure to produce quality work on times with a high level of accuracy.
- The candidate shall continually strive towards performance improvement in order to make a
positive contribution to the successful performance of the airline.
Principal Responsibilities:
- The Financial Controller responsibilities includes amongst others:
- Set up and manage financial systems and procedures.
- Prepare Budgets and management accounts.
- Prepare periodic financial analysis and reports.
- Ensure organizational compliance with financial regulations and statutory matters.
- Prepare year- end financial statements and accounts.
- Manage account payables and receivables.
Candidate Specification:
- The candidates require for this position should possess the following:
- A University degree or HND in Accounting.
- A qualified accounting professional (ACA/ACCA).
- Minimum of five years cognate experience.
- Technically sound with proven numerical skills and attention to details.
(2)POSITION: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS
The Role:
- The position is for accounting professional who have demonstrated ability in developing and
managing financial systems and procedures.
Principal Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate shall continually strive towards performance improvement in order
to make a positive contribution to the successful performance of the airline.
- The function shall amongst others be responsible for setting up and preparing management
accounts, systems and procedures, Budgeting, Financial Analysis and reporting.
Candidate Specification:
- A University degree majoring in Accounting / Financial.
- Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
- Must be a certified Accounting Professional (ACA)
- Leadership skills for managing the team effectively.
- The position requires committed and meticulous individuals with the ability to plan and work under pressure to produce quality work on time with a high level of accuracy.
