(1)Position: Investment Banking Executive and Associate
You will be assigned to a variety of projects and given a broad range of responsibilities Some which will include deals origination and structuring. You must possess the following requisite capabilities:

Qualification
Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2nd Class Upper divisions (Social sciences). MBA or M.Sc (Finance field), CFA (full or part qualified),
Should have 5-8 years banking experience and the associate must possess 3-5 years banking experience.

(2)Position: Qualified Financial Accountant
You must possess appreciable level of communication skills and previous experience in financial accounting. You will be:
A professional accountant, with reasonable experience in financial and management accounting and accounting reporting conventions (IFRS etc).
Competent with the use of Peachtree / Quick books accounting packages in addition to the Microsoft Office tools.
Creative and visionary problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills, able to effectively challenge the status quo and encourage positive working environment.
Lead the Business groups in the preparation and performance evaluation of group / unit budgets Prepare and present management account reports on routine basis.
Qualification
Ideal candidate will possess a good degree in Accounting, Finance or any related discipline
A professional accounting qualification (ACA /ACCA) is a must.
Candidate should have 5 years experience with at least three years in a finance environment

(3)Position: Legal Personnel
The main purpose of the role is to represent both internal and external stakeholders in transaction related legal matters. You will also be required to:
Assist the Risk Manager within all areas of the Compliance function including drafting and updating transaction mandates,
Review Legal Documentation, Term sheets, and liaising with the industry regulators
Routinely file necessary reports to regulators
Apt for networking and business development.
Qualification:
Ideal Candidate will possess a good degree in Law with 5 years experience with at least 3 years in a finance environment and similar role.

(4)Position: Driver
You are expected to be fluent in English, smart, self-motivated, coordinated and requiring little or no supervision. In addition, you will be:
An excellent driver with a valid driver’s license.

Qualification
Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) qualification.
