(1)Position:General Manager
Responsibilities:
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall functions and administration of the company and would report directly to the Executive Chairman.

Other duties include but not restricted to the following:
•Coordinates all business plans and projects
•Devises and implements innovative and effective customer relations programmes in order to enhance high level of customer satisfaction.
•Monitors and reviews marketing and sales processes and procedures.
•Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out assigned function
Requirements:
•A good first degree in Economics, Banking & finance or Accounting
•An MBA degree from a reputable institution with a good practical computer literacy will be an added advantage.
•Practical skills in coordinating budget management and revenue administration in a manner that enhances transparency and accountability
•Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skill.
•A demonstrated track record in coordinating complex activities, motivating a sizeable number of workforces to deliver tangible results measured in terms of income generation,
•5-8 years experience of which the last four should be in a managerial capacity
•Should be a point technologist with at least 10 years production hands-on experience with any of the industry leaders
•Must have had a general management experience with responsibility for procurements, human resource etc.

Remuneration
Remuneration package will be excellent and could include a stake in the company ownership as well as board membership.
(2) Position: Marketing/Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
The Marketing/ Sales Manager will be responsible for all marketing and sales functions of the company and reports directly to the General Manager,
Requirements:
•A First Degree or on HND in relevant discipline (marketing/economics/accounting/business admin etc) with at least 5 years direct experience in selling, points and paint products or building materials.
•An MBA from a reputable institution with a good practical level of computer literacy will be an added advantage
•Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skill
Remuneration

(3)Position: Marketing Executives
Location: (Kano, Kaduna & Abuja)
Responsibilities
The Marketing Executives will carry out all marketing related activities and report directly to the Marketing/Sales Manager,

•Minimum qualification will be a First Degree or HND in Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Business etc.
•Must be a smart, aggressive, go-getter with a thirst to make big money through sales commissions in addition to basic salary
•Strong interpersonal oral and written communications skill
•Ability to speak and write English fluently is important.
