SALES ENGINEER, MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT VACANCIES AT SWIFT NETWORK

Due to ongoing expansion and the need to sustain the highest quality services to existing and potential customers, we seek applications from exceptional candidates to fill the challenging positions below:
(1)Position:Sales Engineer
Job Objective:
The candidate will be part of the driving force of Swift’s business performance in the Enterprise (business to business) sector, and accountability for sales, market share, brand awareness and new product development.

•Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets:
•Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups
•Delivering results absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever changing business environment
•Putting customers first and understanding the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders
•Communicating for impact –effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company
•Making a personal difference strong influencing skills and responsive Technical/ professional expertise
•Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications;
•Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing a junior and senior audience.
Qualification and Experience• A first degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer science/ engineering or Information Technology with a minimum of 2nd class honors, upper division, from a reputable university.
•A minimum of 3 years experience selling E-busmen solutions in the banking, telecommunications, oil and gas sectors with a proven track record of success.
(2)Position:Management Accountant
Job Objectives:
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the historical financial data to estimate future costs and revenues, create budgets and prepare internal reports which are used to make business planning decisions
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
•Demonstrate high level of leadership and managerial skill
•Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills:
•Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and procurement skills.
•Must possess integrity and be of impeccable character
•Experience in management accounting or financial management
•Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and selling skills
Minimum qualification and Experience:
•A first degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of Second Class honours degree (Upper division), from a reputable university.
•A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in management accounting or financial management in an organization with proven record of success. Membership of a professional body (ICAN, ACCA, CIS) is a must.
