ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER JOB VACANCY

A reputable cleaning company requires the services of an administrative officer for immediate employment.
Qualifications:
A good first degree from a reputable university preferably English or Mass communication.
Job Experience:
A minimum of 2 years working experience.
AGE:- 35 years.Must be Female.
Job Description:
-Must have a good oral and written communication skills to deal efficiently with customers, clients, guests, coworkers, vendors and supervisor.
-Must be able to organize and maintain files, store and integrate information.
-Must be able to keep records of inventory using their workplace's procedures and systems.
-Must be able to assist the Office Manager/Director in all aspects of office procedures and general requirements.
