Our client, a Dynamic Insurance Company who is in the process of expanding requires professionals to fill the positions below:

(1) POSITION: BRANCH MANAGERS (BOM 10) (PH & Warri)
Job Specification & Experience
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with intermediaries, usually insurance
brokers or financial advisers.
- Identify and develop new business in line with branch objectives and set targets.
- General management of the office including budget management and report writing.
- Minimum of 8 years industry or relevant experience.
- Marketing experience in the eastern part of the country required.
Person Specifications:
- A good university degree. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Membership of relevant professional institute is essential.
(2) POSITION: ACCOUNTANTS (ACC10)
Job Specification & Experience:
- Compile budgetary recommendations from each department and prepare an operational
budget.
- Monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds.
- Develop complex financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis.
- Review invoices and statements and approve payments.
- Supervise maintenance of conduct checks on accounting records and documents to ensure
accuracy and adequacy of information.
- Make recommendations for improving services and reducing cost.
- Minimum of 7 years experience.
Person Specifications:
- A good university degree. An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Membership of relevant professional institute is essential.
