(1)Position: General Manager
Qualification:
A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting plus MBA or
ACA, ACCA.
Basic IT skills and strong ability to multi task
Age between 37 and 45 years
Minimum 10 years cognate experience, 5 of which must have been at senior management levels in a well structured Foam manufacturing outfit.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Monitoring, analyzing and implementing business plans and budgets
Interface with local and overseas customers and suppliers.
Monitoring and evaluating company’s business activities and day to day operation.
Team leadership with initiatives and drives.
Interpretation of company’s financial statements.
Overall performance and profitability of the company.
Development of strategic plans for achieving targets goals.
Compiling and coordinating quarterly and annual report for the company.
Business Development and marketing of the company’s products,
(2)Position: Sales Managers
Qualification:
Professional Marketer with B.Sc or HND in marketing or any numerate discipline.
Basic IT skills is an added advantage,
Age between 35 and 40 years,
Minimum 5 years exposure in foam or carpet manufacturing or commercial environment with responsibilities for direct sales strategies and objectives. Conduct effective operation of the sales functions. Co-ordinate the activities of the Area Sales Managers, and inculcate customer services culture in the sales force.
