(1)Position: Chef

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

Develop and Implement Recipes and Menus consistent with the Company’s Mission of promoting a healthier world through promoting a healthier eating habit and in taste offer customers a uniquely delectable experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and Implement menus and recipes consistent with the Company’s mission.
  • Ensures that finished foods and beverages meet Statutory, Health and Corporate standards.
  • Manage the Catering Process and Staff.
  • Customer Management

Profile: A FOOD Connoisseur passionate about wowing customers with the taste and experience from the Company’s menu. Innovative and disposed to try out new ideas and continuously raises the bar.

  • University Degree/HND in Catering
  • Minimum of three years cognate experience
  • Not more than 45 years

(2)Position: Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

Formulates and drives the implementation of the Company’ CSR goals

Accountabilities:

  • Best Practices-Advise the Company on CSR Best Practices
  • Risk/Benefit Analysis-Assist the Company in assessing the societal and business risks and opportunities with respect to CSR .
  • Develop Policies and Programs consistent with the strategic framework
  • Develop metric for measurement of CSR compliance
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Communication-the voice of the company on CSR
  • Management of Corporate Brand
  • Customer Management

Profile: A Visionary with demonstrated ability to anticipate trends and issues that impact the Company’s CSR agenda and reputation. A firm believer in CSR, and a very good communicator.

  • University degree in social science,law or Arts
  • Minimum of three years cognate experience
  • Not more than 40 years

(3)Position: Finance & Administration Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations and also provide financial and management information support for effective control.

Accountabilities:

  • Maintain financial control over the activities of the Company.
  • Provide scorecard information for Management Control
  • Maintain the general ledger.
  • Tax administration and management.
  • Pension scheme and National health insurance scheme management.
  • Payroll management including PAYEE
  • Supervision of office maintenance and repairs

Profile: An incisive mind, with a flair for figures, knowledgeable in tax matters, good inter-personal skills and a firm believer in adhering to laid down rules and regulations.

  • University Degree/HND in Economics/ Accountancy or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3years cognate experience
  • Not more than 30 years
