REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER,ADMIN OFFICER VACANCIES AT A REPUTABLE INDIGENOUS OIL AND GAS COMPANY

We are Reputable Indigenous Oil and Gas Company, as a result of expansion and diversification of our operations, there is need for highly dynamic and intelligent persons to fill the positions below.
(1)Position: Real Estate Development Manager (Ref No. GE010)
Location: Abuja
Duties and Responsibility
Represent the company on all real estate issues
Conduct feasibility and viability studies for proposed property development
Packaging business plan for building project, source for facility to fund building project and handle all other duties and services related property development and management
Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of proposal and request information to bankers and our customers.
Generate new, secure and expand the existing business
Build up a strong business relationship with bankers and create awareness of company real estate property.
Qualifications and experience
Candidate must possess Bachelors or Master degree in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of (7) seven years experience in property development and Management
MBA and relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
Good knowledge of the real Estate Industry
Excellent project Management Skills
Strong organizational skills (prioritize/plan/assign/control)
Analytical and process skills (creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and capable to use internet tools
Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture
Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills
Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, focused and goal driven.
(2)Position: Admin Officers (Ref No. GE011)
Location: Abuja
Qualifications and experience
Candidates must possess B.SC and HND in any discipline
Applicants should have 1-2 years practical experience in a reputable organization.
Knowledge and Skill
Strong business and interpersonal skill
Problem solving ability
Strong organizational skills (prioritize/plan/assign/control)
Analytical and process skills (Creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (presentation/listening/persuasion)
Advance computer literacy; good PC skills and capable to use internet tools
Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture
Outgoing, self-motivated, organized, focused and goal driven.
