HEAD OPERATION AND HEALTH SERVICES, HEAD FINANCIAL SERVICES VACANCIES AT PM GLOBAL CONSULTING

Our client is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and licensed the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) with the mandate to develop and provide health management services for individuals and organizations. The company is in the process of repositioning a Health Insurance Management Organization to run as a self-accounting establishment with a business operations package and an independent compensation structure that favourably competes with what obtains in the health insurance industry.

Required
Towards this end, our client is desirous of raising a team of versatile individuals with veritable exposure and lustrous track records in the Health Insurance Management (and related fields) to form the core of the operations team and the management platform. The below are the key positions:

(1)Position:Head Operation & Health Services: Ref: 011
Job Aim:
To ensure that the company out-competes the market and retains business through exceptional serv¬ice delivery.

Duties:
•To develop policies and strategies for effective health care provider management and to co-ordi¬nate all managed health care operations of the company nationwide.

Educational Qualification:
MBBS, Post Graduate Degree in Public Health or Health Management is an advantage
Cognate Experience:
•Applicants should have at least 7 years experience as a medical doctor, 3 of which must have been at the management level in an HMO carrying out similar duties.
•Candidates whose current position is lower than that of a Manager need not apply.
(2)Position:Head, of Financial Services: Ref: 012
Job Aim:
To provide financial advice and leadership, ensure administrative cost management that will enable the company make sound business decisions to obtain and sustain outstanding investment income.
Duties:
•To provide and interpret financial information, participate in strategic planning and formulation of long-term business plans, as well as liaising with other members of the management team to achieve administrative and operational cost efficiency,
Educational Qualification:
•First degree or its equivalent in Accounting/Finance/ Economics/ Management together with Membership of a body of professional accountants such as ICAN and ACCA
•Possession of a post graduate degree such as the MBA or MSC degree is an added advantage.
Cognate Experience:
•Applicants should have at least 7 years in the financial services sector with similar responsibilities 2 of which must have been at a management level. Candidates whose current position is lower than that of a Deputy Manager need not apply.
Age:
All candidates should be between thirty (30) and forty-five (45) years of age
RemunerationOur client’s remuneration package is competitive within the industry. Allowances and perquisites attached to the positions are equally attractive. Other appurtenances include prospects of overseas training and other developmental programmes.
