EBONYI STATE UNIVERSITY VACANCY FOR BURSAR

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Bursar in Ebonyi State University, as full-time staff for at least 5 yrs.
(1)Position: Bursar
The Job Description
The University Bursar shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the University; and, shall be responsible to the University Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration and control of the financial affairs of the University.
Qualification/Experience:
Applicants are expected to possess at least a good B.Sc degree in Accountancy;
A professional Accountancy qualification obtained from any of EBSU recognized Accountancy Bodies such as AIA, ANAN, CACA, CIPFA, ICAN, ICCA, ICMA, ICPA, Plus at least 12 years post-qualification cognate experience.
At least 10 out of the 12 years of cognate experience must be in a University where the candidate would have served at least as Deputy Bursar Possession of higher Degree(s) in Accountancy shall be an advantage,
Salary:
The post attracts a Consolidated Tertiary Institution Salary (CONTISS) at level 15.
