The Person
B.Sc. BA or a relevant equivalent.
Must have a good understanding of customer services in a high tech. environment from an ISR Vendor Integrator or Operator’s point of view.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related function,
Excellent analytical and problems solving skills with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems,
Demonstrated leadership abilities and be achievement-oriented,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be customer service orientated and believe in teamwork, collaboration. adaptability, innovation and initiative.
Experience in coaching and staff development is compulsory,
Technical call centre or NOC experience is an advantage,
Strong technical background in ICT is desirable
(2)Position: Financial Accountant
Location: Port Harcourt
Reference: FA 014
The Person
University degree or HND in Social Sciences with ACA, ACCA
Minimum of four (4) years working experience, ICT experience will be an advantage
Good knowledge of Pastel accounting software or any popular accounting package will also be an advantage.
