The Institute for Agricultural Research (lAR) Samaru of the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria hereby invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates for employment in to the below positions:
(1)Position: Research Fellows
Salary: Conuass 2-4
Requirements
Candidate must possess B. Agric (Preferably Second Class Upper or First Class) or M.Sc in Agriculture- related fields.
Journal Publication and Conference Seminar Papers would be added advantage.
(2)Position: Procurement Officer
Salary: Contiss 08
Requirements
Candidate must possess B.Sc (with at least Second Class Lower) in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business or Public Admin., Accounting, Law or Equivalent.
Should have at least 3 years cognate experience or M.Sc or M.A in the aforementioned fields.
(3)Position: Assist. Procurement Officer
Salary: Contiss 07
Requirements
Candidate must possess B.Sc (with at least Second Class Lower) in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business or Public Admin, Accounting, Law or equivalent.
Position: Higher Tech. Officer (Graphics)
Salary: Contiss 07
Requirements
Candidate must possess HND (with at least Merit) or B.A (with at least Second class Lower) in Industrial Graphic or Equivalent.
Note
Please note that for all the positions listed above, Computer Literacy is critical and would confer added advantage on applicants. Also NYSC Certificate would be required where applicable.
