Our company is an indigenous outstanding player in the Oil & Gas service industry involved in the provision of high quality manpower, procurement, technical and pipeline services. We are looking for highly committed, resourceful self-motivated result-oriented and multi-disciplinary persons to fill the positions below:
(1)Position: Pipe Load-Out Inspectors (Ref: PLOI)
The Role:
Perform Visual Inspection of Pipes: Straightness, Bevel Ends, Side Dents, Corrosion at the point of Load-out
Prepare Tally Sheets for the Pipes Loading
Prepare Field inspection Reports
Raise any Non-Conformances on site and report same on the Field Inspection Reports Supervise close-out of any Corrective Actions and document same in the reports.
The Person:
Applicants must have degree in a related discipline with at least five (5) years experience as Pipe Load-Out Inspector Certified inspector subjects (NACE CSWIP/ERS etc.)
(2)Position: Welding Inspectors (Ref: WEI)
The Role:
Check the material before being fit up in accordance with the drawing/WPS, identified and can be traced to a mill certificate, and free from damage contamination
Ensure WPS’s have been approved and are available to welders)
Check that welding equipment is in suitable condition and calibrated as appropriate Check the welding jobs preparation such as fit ups are in accordance with WPS and drawing
Check the validity of welders and their identification that qualified for each WPS and drawing
Check that welding consumable to be stored and controlled as specified by the QC procedures
The Person:
Applicants must be a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline with at least five (5) years experience in the Oil and gas sector
(Special consideration to be given to Mechanical, Welding and Fabrication and Production)
Certified Welding Inspector (NACE, CSWIP 3.1, AWS, CWI with current visual activity.
(3)Position: Rope Access Inspectors (Ref: RAI)
The Role:
Material inspection and verification that meets client and purchase order requirements
Assist in the review of welding and NDT procedures generated by client specification
Monitor activities/issues regarding code and regulation
Perform inspection for final task as a line checker and fill Vup Mcc form and punch list form carried-out red line marking for modification.
The Person:
Candidate must have degree in a related discipline with at least five (5) years experience as Pipe Load-Out Inspector
Certified inspector subjects (NACE)
